Submitting a quote request, repair inquiry, appointment request, mail-in request, or other form through the Website does not by itself create an obligation for Reboot Lab to perform a repair.

Repair services may be subject to separate Repair Terms and Conditions, authorization requirements, diagnostic procedures, payment requirements, warranty provisions, shipping requirements, and other policies.

Those transaction-specific terms govern the actual repair relationship between Reboot Lab and the customer.

5. Mail-In Repair

Mail-in repair services may require customers to follow specific packaging, shipping, identification, authorization, and device-preparation instructions.

Customers are responsible for following the shipping instructions provided by Reboot Lab.

Shipping carriers are independent third parties. Delays, loss, damage, or other events occurring while a package is in transit may also be subject to the applicable carrier's terms, insurance coverage, declared-value limitations, and claims procedures.

Additional terms concerning shipping responsibility, abandoned devices, return shipping, failed delivery, and repair authorization may be contained in Reboot Lab's Repair Terms and Conditions.

6. Mobile and On-Site Services

Where offered, mobile or on-site repair services are subject to geographic availability, technician availability, device eligibility, service requirements, and other limitations established by Reboot Lab.

Availability shown or discussed on the Website does not guarantee that a particular repair can be completed at a customer's location.

Certain repairs may require the device to be transported or shipped to an appropriate repair workspace.

7. Customer Information

When submitting information through this Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to submit any device, account information, personal information, or other material provided to Reboot Lab.

Information submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with Reboot Lab's Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to the service requested.

8. Device Ownership and Authorization

You may request service only for devices that you own or for which you have lawful authority from the owner to request service.

By submitting a device for repair or requesting service, you represent that you have the authority necessary to authorize inspection, diagnostics, repair, and other agreed services involving that device.

Reboot Lab may decline service when ownership, authorization, device condition, security status, or other circumstances create reasonable concerns.

9. Customer Data and Backups

Electronic devices may contain important or irreplaceable information.

Customers should maintain an independent backup of important data whenever reasonably possible before submitting a device for service.

Repair, diagnostics, software operations, storage replacement, hardware failure, pre-existing damage, or other circumstances may result in data loss or corruption.

Any data backup, recovery, temporary storage, or retention service specifically offered by Reboot Lab is governed by the applicable Repair Terms and Conditions and any service-specific disclosures provided to the customer.

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as a guarantee that data can be recovered, preserved, or restored.

10. Replacement Parts

Reboot Lab may offer or use different categories of replacement components depending on the repair, customer selection, availability, and other circumstances.

Unless specifically represented otherwise, a replacement component should not be assumed to have been manufactured, supplied, endorsed, or authorized by the original device manufacturer.

Information regarding the type or quality of a replacement component applicable to a particular repair may be provided as part of the quote, authorization, invoice, or service description.

11. Refurbished and Pre-Owned Products

Products described as refurbished, restored, repaired, used, or pre-owned are not represented as new unless expressly stated otherwise.

The cosmetic condition, battery condition, included accessories, warranty, specifications, and other characteristics of a refurbished or pre-owned item may vary and should be determined from the applicable product listing or transaction documentation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Reboot Lab LLC is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected with Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, Google LLC, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, or any other third-party manufacturer or trademark owner referenced on the Website. AKKO is addressed separately below because Reboot Lab may participate as an independent AKKO partner.

You should notify Reboot Lab if you reasonably believe your account or customer portal has been accessed without authorization.

The Website may interact with or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, repair-management systems, mapping providers, communications providers, social-media platforms, or other service providers.

Reboot Lab does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, security practices, or terms.

Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

16A. Tracking, Payment, and AKKO Services

The repair-tracking feature may use MyRepairApp to verify a ticket number and last name and to display limited ticket status information. The information returned through the tracking feature is subject to MyRepairApp's availability, data, security practices, and terms.

The payment portal may use Square and PayPal to process payments against a verified repair-ticket balance. Payment amounts are retrieved and rechecked from the applicable MyRepairApp ticket before payment is completed. Square and PayPal are independent payment processors, and their terms, privacy policies, authentication requirements, and transaction rules also apply.

Reboot Lab may act as an independent AKKO partner by promoting or assisting customers with enrollment in eligible AKKO memberships or protection plans. AKKO memberships and protection plans are separate from Reboot Lab's Website, repair services, repair warranty, quotes, and invoices. Their eligibility, benefits, exclusions, deductibles, claims, billing, renewal, cancellation, and other terms are governed by AKKO and the applicable coverage provider.

Reboot Lab does not control third-party ticket status, payment processing, AKKO plan eligibility, AKKO claims, AKKO billing, or AKKO benefit decisions. Additional disclosures appear in the Privacy Policy, Repair Terms & Conditions, and Third-Party Trademarks page.

17. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the Website or every Website feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Reboot Lab may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue Website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, upgrades, or other purposes.

18. No Manufacturer Affiliation

The fact that Reboot Lab repairs, sells, discusses, depicts, or provides information concerning a particular manufacturer's products does not establish an affiliation with that manufacturer.

Manufacturer names may be used to identify the devices or products for which Reboot Lab provides independent services.

Any manufacturer authorization, certification, or partnership will be specifically identified only when and for as long as Reboot Lab actually holds that authorization, certification, or partnership.
